It should work as long as you map the same analog trigger to both R and R-Analog and don't change the controller configuration while playing. So it isn't the emulation but the controller configuration that doesn't work properly. I could probably write 5 paragraphs about my results but let's just say that the indicators in the controller settings aren't necessarily accurate. While I was messing around with the controller settings for the triggers, I kept getting different results with the same settings after resetting the controller. Twilight princess seems to need the analog trigger going above a certain threshold for it to make link push the crate. So I though you just didn't map one of them. Many games require the digital button press and many people don't map both the trigger and the digital button. And as you may or may not know the analog triggers on the gamecube controller have an extra digital button on the bottom on the trigger. This is the jankiest shit i've ever seen.

It sometimes randomly works for some time until I restart my PC or close dolphin. Up and down works perfectly, but configuring left and right triggers the bug. Everytime I try to configure it, it jumps to a random position and uses it as its center. I appreciate any help in advanced I've been saving things games for the I had a PC that could run 'em and now it's like a smack to the face. Everything seems to be working fine except for the left analog stick. gci file or save state if someone would like to see if it is reproducible if this isn't a known bug at this time. I even swithed the left and right triggers to ensure it wasn't me and of course hitting the right trigger works fine to steer the camera behind Link but the left gets no in-game response. Now whenever I try to press R and move the box I get no response, I know the controller works because I open up controller settings and look bellow threshold it turns from black to red upon giving the R button a click. Everything works fine except now I've gotten to Kakariko Village and have gotten all of the light droplets except for the one that is in the building near the entrance to death mountain (where you must fall through the roof and then move a box to find the bug.)
